My Favorites
Music: I like almost anything but rap. I really enjoy two artists Lorenna McKinnette, and Alice Cooper.. I can't find a time at the Muny I don't like, but nothing beats a good Cooper concert. TV Shows: I don't have much time to watch TV. So about the only thing I can think of is I do like Doctor Who, and NCIS. Movies: Hmmmm really depends upon the mood I am in. I like The Day After Tomorrow, and The Postman,along with Independence day. Not into a lot of sappy stuff or horror. Disney generation here, can't do horror. Books: All the Valdemar series by Mcd Lackey. The Dark Hunter series, hey I don't do sappy movies, but I am still a woman, I do like a good love book. Quotes: "You'll get over it, or I will. Oh look I'm over it." Most often heard from me, when someone is whining about how I won't let them cheat off me or my work. Or they have not done what they are supposed to and are about to get busted for it. " The only thing that can stop you, is you. So why are you letting them tell you to stop?" More About Me: I am very multifaceted. I like chemistry. Oh come on I made a silver plated test tube, and it is one of my prize possessions, you can't say that's not geeky. I enjoy a good concert, I like to spend time with my kids. I also like what most people consider 'guy" movies. My reaction to a weeping person? Not pretty. I understand crying, but I am not a fan of self pity. I will help you, only to a point. However I am compassionate enough that I have paid the price for someone else's mistakes, and never looked back at it. I am me. -
