Hi Kate, Just wanted to know how you cancel your account. I signed up for 6 months but EH is just not working for me and I really can't afford it. so how does it work? do I have to complete the 6 months or I can cancel at anytime?

Dear Kate, can you answer the question if everyone has taken EH questionaire before their profile is posted and to get matched immediately? I have feeling some people who are offered free trial have not taken the questions, otherwise if they've taken it and invested time and efforts in doing that, how come they cant find a strength to complete their profiles - I've seen sometimes so scarce profiles which makes me doubt if these people took the questionaire or not?

I am confused what to do--I am not getting any new contacts these days---i am communicating with 2 men, but not anyone really special yet---do I have to close the match to get more new folks? If I am communicating with them outside of EH, I don't see the need to leave them on my site, but am sure neither is "the one." And I am afraid to close them and insult them --too. I am frustrated, what am I doing wrong? thanks!
