| Interests: | Crafts, sewing, gardening, "stamping", yard work (yes really, besides the basics, there are things enjoyable to do), selling on Ebay, people in general which I meet many as when I go fishing in different areas (don't need a boat as there are many dock accesses to choose from) whether families, Mom's with their kids (and helping them take their fish off), older gents trying for their "catch of the day" and comparing notes on lures and techniques, amazing who you meet just walking the lake, sitting in park, or fishing! Traveling and would do anything to be able to do more. |

TV Shows: The Closer, Saving Grace, American Idol, CSI Miami, CSI NY, Golden Girls, Bones, House, Ghost Whisperer, Burn Notice, Cold Case, Extreme Makeover Edition, ER Movies: Gone with the Wind and Scarlet (of course made several years after the original movie), North and South Book I and II, Lethal Weapon - all of them, Hawaii with Julie Andrews, Romancing the Stone and The Jewel of the Nile, Lonesome Dove and Return to Lonesome Dove, Titantic, Roots - The Next Generation and Queen, Dr. Dolittle and 2, Parent Trap 1 and 2 the originals with Hayley Mills and the new ones, Jaws - all of them, Jumanji, Elvis movies, Steven Seagal - all of them, all the Shirley Temple movies, Spanky and our Gang, 3 Stooges, Flashdance, The Cutting Edge, John Wayne movies - especially The Alamo, Green Berets, McLintock, Hatari, Donovan's Reef and North to Alaska , Godfather series, Police Academy series, and many more. I actually have over 500 VCR tapes so I never run out of anything to watch! Books: All of Danielle Steel, LaVerle Spencer who has now retired lives in Stillwater, MN...I lived in Inver Grove Hts, MN and Stillwater was my favorite place to bum around in, wish I could have met her!, Sidney Sheldon Rage of Angels, If Tomorrow Comes and Memories of Midnight, although I have several others, Scruples 1 and 2, Lace 1 and 2, Jackie Collins Lady Boss and Lucky, Joan Collins...they definitely can "spice" up your reading and vocabulary!, Recipe Books...and I actually have made my own. Learned to cook from my Dad, "cooking from scratch" the only way to cook! Like different history books and world atlases and others. Quotes: Oh well, so goes it! Whatever! Yeah Right! Kawabunga....my brother and I would say that as we'd jump off the falls at Gooseberry Falls in MN, although you cannot do that anymore due to accidents! Sure, my response to just about anything. More About Me: I love to cook, obviously, gardening, I have many birdfeeders as where I live my backyard is against historic bluffs, garage sales, crafts and sewing, also love to do "stamping" and have an insane supply, traveling, just getting in the car and go wherever I haven't in the area - road trips, swimming and just laying in the sun, fishing and boating. Along with living in a historic bluff area - the stars at night are incredible, so I enjoy laying in my chair outside at night and have my firepit going and just lay and look at the stars. I used to know all the constellations when I was in school, I'm now "re-educating myself and actually having a tough time locating them! Simple things whether alone or with someone, although with someone would be better! -
