Music: Classical (Romantic, Baroque, Classic, Reformation, Renaissance, Medieval, ancient); European folk music, American folk, especially Western, Spanish, and steamboats; Native American; some jazz, some country TV Shows: Nova, Nature, Wild, In Touch(Dr. Stanley), The History Detectives, The Newshour, Washington Week in Review, the McLaughlin Group. Reruns of M*A*S*H, The Andy Griffith Show, Gilligan's Island, and The Beverly Hillbillies. Movies: Raiders of the Lost Ark, Superman 2, The Inspector General, Singing in the Rain, 1776, ET, Lawrence of Arabia. I would list some explicitly Christian movies if I knew any that are that good. Maybe "Amazing Grace" will grow on me. Books: The Bible, anything by Stephen J. Gould, "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors" by Carl Sagan and Ann Druyan, the Book of Concord, and another book which detailed the development of Martin Luther's theology.
