My Favorites
Music: Just about everything (including some classical) except rap, reggae and most hip-hop. I mostly prefer contemporary jazz and new age, and most top 40 stuff, and even some country. I also like some hard rock, but no heavy metal. Big band music and disco are great for swing dancing! TV Shows: Frasier (I don't usually watch much TV, but this is by far my favorite show of all time). The Starter Wife is also good. I've recently been watching more TV while recovering from surgery. I like Boston Legal, House, Everybody Loves Raymond, Will & Grace, and The Mentalist. Movies: Too many to list; anything with Harrison Ford, Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts, Annette Bening, Simon Baker, Richard Gere, Meg Ryan, Dermot Mulroney, Hugh Jackman. Some movies that come to mind are The American President, Bandits, Contact, Princess Bride, Notting Hill, Witness, Air Force One, What Women Want, Hitch, The Prestige, The Illusionist Books: I mostly read books pertaining to psychology and/or relationships and anything that helps give insight into people. Quotes: "Life is what you make it!" "If you won't stand behind our troops, try standing in front of them." More About Me: I love to sing and dance, sometimes at the same time! I've directed choirs, taught voice lessons and performed on stage a lot, but not professionally. I have more interests than I can list, but I'd say my primary focus is on the performing arts (just about all kinds). I'm a performer at heart, and love to teach, make presentations and give speeches. -
