My Favorites

Music:	Anything that is uplifting, motivating and refreshing! Kingdom melodies/songs.
TV Shows:	I currently don't watch much TV unless it's a major sporting event. Then I will workout in the living room while enjoying the skills of the players not to mention the suspense or drama if any. But if I had a wonderful woman I could easily give that up to go outdoors and enjoy your company doing/participating in something we both like.
Movies:	I like those that have an uplifting plot, humor, romance, suspense, drama and especially if they can move me to tears of joy. I look forward to the time when the computer will be turned off and my wife & I will be snuggled up comfortably, feeding each other fruit/popcorn while we're enjoying a movie blissfully. What a romantic idealist i am currently! PS I also enjoy musicals, documentaries, concerts/live performances that have been filmed. PSS Some movies I recently enjoyed- Patch Adams
Books:	The Bible and anything from Jehovah's Witnesses. I also read a lot of self improvement books especially those on relationships. I avoid most non fiction and horror/crime/murder books. Newspapers are nice too along with magazines when I can find the time. I do have also a lot of cookbooks that I would like to read with my significant other soon after i find her and then try out some of the recipes together in the kitchen.

More About Me:	My interests/activities change constantly according to what's happening in and around my life. The only constant is my spiritual interests and my 15 year old daughter when she is with me. Some say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach? Maybe a fleshly man, but in my case, when I see you loving my youngest who has a learning disability and her bonding with you too, then at a deep level you have reached my heart. She has to know & feel she isn't losing my love & attention when you become a huge part of my life but, gaining another who loves her as much as I do. I know she will thrive in a blended family if we consider her interests from the get go and then all 3 of us, will have the rich love our hearts desire & need. So unless your heart is wide enough to include her well-being and growth; spiritually, emotionally, mentally & physically, any attempts establishing a marriage between us will be futile. I do have another daughter, my firstborn, who is already 18 now and has been indepedant for some time.

Jon ... thanks for your explanation about why I've been receiving multiples of the same message. Actually, this has happened before ... where I found duplicate/triplicates in my inbox. I was starting to think that either my computer was wonky or that I was going a bit loopy, and seeing doubles, but your note has clarified that I'm still officially sane!! :)

Good evening, JonBoy. I just felt compelled to leave you a short note since we've been matched on the main eHarmony site. You had quoted this link in your profile so I decided to take a peek out of curiosity. At the very least, I wanted to tell you that your profile was well articulated and quite eloquent. I have read all of my match's profiles (since joining on Jan 20) and the majority are very simplistic! Everyone seems to say the same thing but yours stood out from the rest. I can totally appreciate an articulate gentleman!! Have yourself a good evening.

Not currently an Eharmony member I am curious about the site/ process. Being a positive influence in your daughter's life very commendable. Hi...very impressed by your profile page. You initiated communication with me in e-harmony but I'm not a paying member either so came here to learn more about you. Unfortunately you seem to follow the J-Dub way and that would make us unequally yoked as I am a "born again". You should try not searching for a woman and waiting on the Lord. Have faith that he can bring that special one for you. Good luck in your search!

I'm new to all this and read your comment about posting a picture and what did Christian women think about it. Made me curious about who you were so I went to your profile page. I am so very impressed about your ability to express yourself verbally. I usually don't have any difficulty talking - probably talk too much but when it comes to talking about me and any guy responding I'm really at a loss for words. Just wanted to compliment you. I especially like the way you quote from scriptures. You may not have a BS or BA, MBA, etc but you are definitely an educated person that I would like to get to know better if I were 20 years or so younger!
