And a bunch of shows that have been cancelled prematurely; Arrested Development, Firefly, the Clerks cartoon... Movies: For some reason which there is no explanation.... Captain Ron. Books: It won't let me put one of my favorites because it has a certain word referring to the posterior in the title. It was written by Nick Cave, so you can just look it up.
