Anyone else like this one also?? I love watching it, I know I could never be on it, 1) I'm not a great cook (an ok one though), and 2) I couldn't handle him always screaming at me.

if anyone has watched his BBC version of his shows, they'd see that he is NOT that "mean". It's all played up for the show. Yes, he swears on his BBC versions but doesn't have the angry outbursts

That said... I love Hell's and his other show. I hope that'll be back too!

Yep! It's already back. The new season started a couple weeks ago I believe.

Great show!

Yeah I like Kitchen Nightmares also. And I have noticed he can be really sweet to, he just is tough to make them better at what they do.

I love Hell's Kitchen! I never have had any tolerance for abusive people, but Gordon Ramsay is damned hot when he starts screaming and getting all frustrated! Yummy!

I love both of these shows. Watching Hells Kitchen after a bad day at work makes me realize that my job is not that bad :-). Kitchen Nightmares is awesome (IMHO) because it is not necessarily about cooking but about problem solving...which I love.
