I can see the serious and the stupid parts but the funny part I am having difficulty with. What I can not see is how any restaurant owner goes past six months to a year with business going downhill without trying to find out why. I personally brought two businesses back from sure closure. In each case the customers were passing us by because of poor food quality and speed of delivery. Once word got around that the food quality was back up and service was fast then sales increased slowly but surely until the business was profitable once more.

I just saw the season opener of Hell's Kitchen. I really liked it although the chefs on the show probably did not enjoy themselves. I can't wait to see who gets the boot each week. I know that my scallops came out better than the ones this one chef fixed tonight.

Yeah it was great. I always like at the end when he tells them to piss off.

I got to see the second week of the new season of Hell's Kitchen. I was really surprised that the chef Carol or Carin was bad mouthing Lacy and Colleen when she clearly was the reason the team lost this week. Colleen should be shown the door. For a person who says she teaches people to be chefs she is clearly ripping them off. She can not cook salmon without burning it on the outside and having the inside cold. I hated seeing Gi leave this last week. She was dedicated.

Yeah the one who is bad is so critical. What a rip off and he gives it to her. It's great!

The latest Kitchen Nightmares episode about The Olde StoneMill was really good. I loved it when Chef Ramsay set the owner straight. The look on the guy's face was priceless.
