Isn't it odd that these comedy shows touch on more areas of "news" than the mainstream media? Granted, it's for laughs, but still...

I love these guys...it is about the only TV I watch...and always a day late, as the live version is broadcast here at 11pm...way past my bedtime

In my opinion, those two shows make up the best hour on television. They are light years ahead of both news and comedy shows. Just brilliant.

Nice twist tonight - going to PA. Loved watching the sparring match with ol' Hardball.

My favorite interview on The Daily Show was when reporter and Marine Rob Riggle went and interviewed the Code Pink freaks out in Berkeley that were protesting the USMC recruiting office. Absolutlely hilarious!

I love The Daily Show and The Colbert Report! They are the best - they even managed to make it through the writers strike by writing their own material.

I used to watch the daily show every night. Colbert was always my favorite and I started to watch his show. It seems i am always doing something when it is on now and barely watch either. i need to get back to watching both shows, as they truly are classic shows.
