It used to be a good show. When they started having Issie with the dead Denny, it got too weird.

I know. It looks like they might be getting rid of Izzie's character soon.

I agree the whole "Izzie making love to a dead guy" story was reaching too far for a storyline. Since the end of season 3 the show is just missing something. I like to attribute the broken course to the writer's strike, but I can't put my finger on anything else. Maybe they are just trying too hard, and should try to recapture the essence of the show that everyone fell in love with. The storyline for tonight sounds interesting... no one likes a convict out from behind the bars, so maybe there will be some tense moments.

I saw this last night and I thought it was interesting. The way Miranda was trying to get Dr. Shepperd to stop the surgery so that here patient could have the organs. As luck would have in in TV land, a guy who had actually died ended up giving (his wife signed the forms) his organs to the young kid with a full life ahead of him. I thought it was nice. I sided with Miranda at first because of the predicament with the sick kid. Later I saw the point being that doctors are supposed to save lives (whether we think people deserve chances to live is not for us to decide) If the doctors had stopped trying, they would have become executioners of the death row patient. We should all be so passionate about doing the right thing all the time.

I think Denny might be gone next time. It seems like the ghost of Denny is through helping Izzy.
