Once you become a Senior Citizen health insurance on holidays to the US are extortionate and unafordable at 4 or 5 times the cost of the holiday. Any 'old timers' got any advice to share?????

I buy insurance with my airline ticket Bill--but I'm in the US and travel out..last year to Costa Rica. I book via Orbitz and buy the travel insurance which includes a tickit refund if I become ill prior to the trip and medical care on the trip..and which I used last year with great success, BTW.

Good luck n your search..where are you planning on visiting?
