Jackalopes?
seriously, i went to Wichita Falls, TX in June and there were not there. next try is Wisconsin Dells, anyone know if i can find one between there and Omaha (via Iowa and/or Minnesota)?

They're found mostly in one of the other "W" states: Wyoming. It's worth the trip to see them (they can be vicious if spooked, though, so don't get too close!).

Umm Wisconsin Dells will not have them, but it is a great place to stay for the weekend! I recommend the Wilderness for a hotel.

we are actually camping at a national park in the area.
how about the eastern half of Iowa or the mall of america? (getting desperate now).


OR....Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's?

You could try the Jackalope Lounj located in The Wicked Hop in Milwaukee. There is a good chance you'll start seeing jackalopes after a few martinis....
