This summer....Santorini, Greece....hands down most romantic place EVER...and I was travelling solo. Now I must admit; my last night there, I hooked up with a GORGEOUS Greek waiter I met down on Ammoudi Harbor.....and that made Santorini memorable to say the least But I want to go back with someone I truly love and can share the beauty and magic with completely.

Oh and I WILL, someday, go back to Venice, Italy with the man I love....soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo romantic!!!

One night in the south of France in a small village I had dinner alone and then was walking toward the marina.

I was amused at all the multimillion dollar yachts that were moored there --right by the MacDonald's.

Then I saw a couple in front of me strolling along. They were older people and holding hands as they strolled.
I felt so envious and it was only then that I felt I wished I could share this evening with someone.
But just prior to that I had helped a French man who was slumped over drunk. The message I gave him was taken as a gift of hope; and his wife cried because she was so grateful that I had compassion for her husband.
So I had had a wonderful day there. And then there was this moment of realization that I wished I could share the evening with someone.
Oh, I had had offers. There were at least three men I had met in that area who wanted to date me.
But even if being alone is a choice, one can feel alone in a moment like this where you see a couple who seem to have it all together.

For me, it was when I was hiking....
once alone in Hawaii in the mtns...omg how beautiful and varied.
second time, hiking in Zion Ntl Pk- Angels Landing...what a great hike and then the view...holy cow! met alot of very friendly people and learned how to scare off mtn lions. hiked in Tevas and was constantly approached by people making positive comments and asking questions.

You don't have to. I've watched enough Lifetime TV (a.k.a p0rn channel for women) to imagine it!

Hahaha - Touche!!!! Hahaha!!! The sad fact is that LOVE Lifetime Original Movies!!! And yes, perhaps my life parallels Lifetime movies....sigh!! You are so funny PY! But give me a little credit here...remember, I was looking for a "Ling" (without the "f") last summer.... And there are many ways to have a swilring romantic encounter with someone that don't involve anything beyond a solid TV14 rating

Still...you make me laugh

I used to want to go to New Zealand for a honeymoon, if I ever have one, but after going there and many other places, I have decided that Bali will be the most romantic and sensuous place for it. In addition to what you expect from tropical beaches, it is very artistic. And if you stay in at least a decent resort, their outdoor architectures, a big part of Balinese tradition, are just amazing. The architectures make the view of and closeness to water feel like they are an integrated part of your life. It really puts you in the best mood for what you want to do in a honeymoon

I have been to many really nice resorts in many places, but I can now see why Bali is considered one of the top romantic places in the world, especially by the wealthy, because it does offer an ambiance that even most of the best hotels in the world can't.

Hey who needs a golden-tan skin, nice brown piercing eyes, black haired, chiseled-chest, Grecian when you can have a lot of laughter with a funny guy!!
