Go! It's so beautiful and the people are some of the friendliest, most down to earth you will ever meet.

I've just been: the trip of a lifetime! I had met my daughter in NZ for two weeks then after we went back to her place in Melbourne (she was just there studying for 8 mo), I took off alone(yes) to Cairns and Sydney. Had an easy time since it wsa all pre-booked theu the auto club, and saw almost everything I could in the 4 days in each city. A spectacular treat: a stay over in Fiji (5 days) on the way home (to Canada) - no jet lag!

I was thinking of visiting Austrailia in January of 2009. What are the "must see" sites in Sydney? I want to make sure I do not miss out on anything!

I dreamed of visiting Australia , Canada , Alaska, in the company of a man willing to share and captivate those moments. Where is that man?

Totally biased, I'm sure - Australia is a beautiful country. I've been fortunate enough to visit all the States & Territories, except for WA. It's also a lot bigger than people realise too ... I have customers and friends who have come to Australia and they all say the same thing ... it's only an inch on the map between Sydney & Brisbane!! Yes, which equates to about 10-12 hours of driving at least!

Were you able to come and visit? What did you see?
