When I first saw this thead I thaought it would refure the way the net workd rerun plays and not tell yo they are a rerun,
I think that they have opend a con of worms, I also think that an umpire should be allowed one or two bad calls a game, if he exceds that he should be fined. A manager could ask for a review of the whole game.
maybe they should give the picture so many secounds to make his pitch then it is a bulk, If the picture could give a sign to the catcher instead of just having a wave off might speed things up. It is not so bad now but when I was a kid and went to the games it was a bore.
