I do spin, yoga, cardio 3-7 times a week. And run/swim when I feel the urge to....

Do you have a routine that you follow? And do you feel out of sorts when you don't get to do 'em?

3~7 times a week. And run/swim. Your just bragging. But well done. I would like see a photo of the "result" of that work, QAKittyCat?

Myself. I dragg myself to the gym once or twice a week. I do an hour or so of weights, stretching and such. As I cycle to the gym I feel I've done my cardio. I fit in a yogo class every week or so; good for the headspace.

Once or twice a week I cycle to work; about 25km each way. I can beat the bus (now I'm bragging). When feeling slack I'll take to the pool; swim in the outdoor pool in winter (bragging again)

Now QAKittyCat what is your take on the gym as a place to met folk? You're there so much. Myself I gone out with a couple of women, have quite a few gym buddies. But I'd give the gym a cross as far as a place to met folk.

Mixture of jog/walk/run and strength training average about 2-3 times/week at the gym.

Look at you PY! You'll be Mr. Fitness in no time!

I worked out with a trainer for 2 years...pretty hard core. Got very fit/lean. Then about a year ago I burned out big time. Since then I've been floundering a bit. Trying to get back into a routine of some sort, but it's been tough. Right now I'm trying to spend 30 min on the treadmill 6 days/week. Whether I walk, or run or whatever. I have a treadmill in my garage, so no excuses.

I agree w/ him.. well done Kitty! lol..

The gym is a great place to meet new friends, but I def would not date anyone there. I would def bring my significant other, if I had one~lol, with me to train.. but I wouldn't just go to the gym to find a date.

I already have a gym membership...but I have not interest in going there these days. I would love to join a crossfit gym, but I don't have the funds for it now. I still hike with friends when I can. The treadmill working for me for now. Like I said...in my garage, so no excuses.
