I "mix it up" (routine) at the gym. Cardio & strength training = eliptical machine, walking w/free weights, body bar, weight machine(s), class(es), yoga and pilates. If I have someone to exercise with I would play volley ball, table tennis, tennis, raquet ball, croquet, throwing a frisbee, swimming, touch football, badminton, et cetera.

I am glad for the opportunity and ability to exercise.

1/2 hour jog, take a break, 1/2 hour exercise bike 5 days a week, one hour swim Sundays. Now and then throw in some yoga. Thinking about swapping in some weight lifting.

I've always loved to exercise since I was 12 years old. Even back then I was taking walks!

Now I walk my dogs twice a day...but this is easy...mostly a slow walk, sometimes brisk depending upon what they want.

I like to do a yoga or cardio as well. I just started the cardio...was just doing yoga but now enjoying cardio....but in 20 minute time frames.

Sometimes I bike and often my chores make me exercise. I park my car on the street and my house is way back in. Sometimes just carrying my groceries, taking out the trash and/or getting water is a pretty work out in itself.

I used to take dance classes...ballet or jazz. I also used to hike more. I don't take dance anymore because I hurt my knee and I am not eager for the energy and time to get ready, get dressed, park and go. I would like to hike with my bf now.

I don't go to the gym. I used to. I stopped a long time ago when I realized what I did at home was "enough". But I think going to the gym can be fun and social.
