I'm beginning to think that Jesus may be a no show, either that or he's stuck in traffic somewhere.

I haven't heard any news reports of earthquakes, nor have I heard any stories of anyone being "transported up to heaven" today.

I'm thinking there's going to be a whole bunch of disappointed "believers" tomorrow. I just read a newspaper article about how this whole silly mess has torn families apart. It is so sad, to me, to see the things that happen in the name of "religion."

I hope that some of these believers sue Mr. Camping. On what grounds, I don't know. But he is a snake-oil salesman for sure! It has totally amazed me how much money has been spent on all the billboards, etc. about this. Some families have put their entire life savings into spreading this "word."

I actually think this type of "belief" is a mental illness, and those like Mr. Camping prey on the weak-minded.
The problem comes from identifying "religion" with "spirituality."
Most typically two different things.
