No matter how much in love you are now, you do know reality has to set in sooner than later here. I know how that kind of love feels, like there is nothing that could ever come between the way you feel about each other. But it still can, and it will, especially if he is a devout Muslim. I once heard someone in a simular situation explain it this way. He and his soulmate were very much in love, wanted to marry, and be together the rest of their lives. Only he was the kind of man that loved living in the country, yard that never ends, next door neighbors a mile or two apart, even more. This is how he saw them spending the rest of their lives together. She, on the other hand was the perpetual city girl, loved the theater, symphony, plays, clubs, loved the town that never slept, right, New York. This is where she saw the two of them living out the rest of their lives together. The delima was who was willing to compromise, because they loved each other so much. They both were, only they both also knew their differences would destroy the relationship. He was living in New York when they met, but he knew he would not be spending the rest of his life there, he had come to hate living there. Too congested, he was born, and raised in the country, and loved it. So, they agreed to end the engagement because of how much they loved each other. I'm not even sure if I would have been so strong, I only hoped I would have been that strong. I hope this helps you out in some small way, or at least give you something to think about.
