Hard to pick. My answer is "all of them". Anyone who makes a career decision to become a politician is a power hungry, corrupt evil person. Maybe not everyone of them starts off that way but once they are in the game awhile they will eventually change their ways. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely, or something like that. Don't trust a single one of them.

In my lifetime, Jimmy Carter has been the worst. I can only hope no one tries to top his record. Since he was so ineffectual, I can't figure out why he isn't happy retire to his rocking chair. I can't figure out if he is senile or just hasn't learned anything yet.

Reminds me of an interview that was done with Rosalyn Carter after Reagan took office, where they asked her what she thought of the new administration's policies compared to her husband's. She said something to the effect that it wasn't the new policies that bothered her, as much as the fact that Reagan "made people feel comfortable with their prejudices"!

I'm in my 40's. In my lifetime, worst president Nixon. Jimmy Carter was terrible, but Nixon was worse. His dishonesty and amorality did untold damage to the Office. As Barry Goldwater described him "the most dishonest man I've ever known." BUT... it's unfair to blame him for Vietnam. He inherited that mess from his two democratic predecessors Lyndon Johnson and John F. Kennedy. In fact the real troop increase came from Lyndon B. "I'm not going to be the first President who loses a war" Johnson.

Worst President of all time? Tough one. I'll limit to the 20th century. John F. Kennedy, hands down. Bay of Pigs. Vietnam (especially when he could have lent aid to the Viet Cong instead of backing the corrupt Diem regime). Cuban Missile crisis. Rigged presidential election. Multiple assassination attempts of a foreign leader. Let's not dismiss all of the extra-marital affairs which seemed to be such an important issue during the Clinton Administration.

Maybe I'm being too harsh on the ol' boy though. After all, he was charismatic and had a beautiful wife.

Social Anarchist, which means i believe in Regulation through looking at costs socially, and in economic Democracy, early 20s

Personally i feel the worst president ever comes between several presidents, and here are my reasons
Any president that passed legislation that allowed censorship, that includes John Adams with the Sedition Act, Bush with the Patriot Act, and others of that nature
Dwight Eisenhower for starting the war in Vietnam, and Kennedy through Nixon for continuing it, and by that standard Bush and Obama for the wars in Afganistan and Iraq, they were wars that were done entirely from aggression, with no actual cause
Clinton for his removal of the Glass Steigal (and fwi, Clinton was not a liberal, he was a conservative who talked like a liberal)
Reagan for his removal of many regulations put on by FDR

If asked for a specific president, i would probably go for Bush, for his combination of unconstitutional acts, such as the Patriot act and Torture, and him starting wars of aggression against nations that had never attacked the US (9/11 was not an attack on America, it was a criminal action that should have been treated as thus)
That's what I got
