I guess the title of this thread should of been about VAWA. Not a generic rant against those who don't share my personal politics.

Thanks for treating me like a human and for overlooking my imperfection here. It's so easy to fall into a certain vocabulary from either a left or right wing perspective.

The Mexifornia photo for me is alluding to a failure per securing our borders. Its' not a "I dislike a certain nationality" photo. Heck without Spanish women, where would we be?

Likewise the third photo from the top doesn't depict my fix VAWA now stance. I didn't mean to throw some low blows here.

It's called Parental Alienation and many a man more macho & stronger than me, like my brother, died from it. I almost died from it. Pray you don't go thru a bad divorce and lose your children.

Hmm, that sounds a bit too expensive for me. I'm sure there is a much cheaper way to get there.
So you are saying that a an ugly divorce has made you believe in the iluminati/NWO? That's quite a stretch is you ask me. I just think certain people are predisposed to belive in such things.

Where on this thread did I write about the Illuminati or the NWO? That's quite a stretch if you ask me. One of my college degrees is in Modern European History-20th C w/minor in politics. What is your college degree in? If you don't know your history, it's easy to get brainwashed via propaganda. Your generation was brainwashed via the Media to hate older males, especially your fathers.*

You say you know about the Philipines-ask any of the old timers** there about the Japanese invasion. One of the first things the Japanese soldiers did was kill the Philipino history teachers. Same thing happened in Guatemala & other places. During the Gulf War, American officials intimidated all Vietnam Vets [claiming ooops ALL their personal info was hacked into-this was a direct tacit threat towards any Vietnam Vets getting actively involved in anti-war demonstrations.]

America took it one step further by intimidating a University History Professor during this time by publishing his email to an overseas Priest. Why do you think Govts and rebels worldwide try to intimidate, muzzle and kill those who know history?

They say many males in their 20s believe they are indestructable.

**I used to work with Phillipino teachers in NYC who were children when the Japanese invaded the Philipines. They had to hide in the woods and survive there.

Of course, throw the age thing in there. "Young whippersnapper just wait until you get to be my age." However, I do understand that age does bring some wisdom, but I know MANY more 40+ folks who are much more level headed than I do whack jobs (like some of the people on these boards.). The LARGE majority of population has central political views, unlike this forum. I guess I was just lucky to be surrounded by people who are intelligent and reasonable. No degree can replace that.

I do not believe in 100% of what any political party says, or any individual. Believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see.

Sorry if I jumped to conclusions. Your talk here sounds a whole lot like talk on conspiracy theorist's boards. Congrats on your degree(s) and your minor in Modern European History-20th, you seem to be very proud of them and I'm sure it is very useful in your day to day life. My college degree is in the HVAC field, and plenty of "real life" experience in military weapon systems and counter measure systems.

I do not fall for the propaganda put forth by the media, political parties or extremist on either side of the political scale because, well, I simply do not take other peoples opinions into account when making my own opinions. I am able to form my own opinion on issues based off of my neutral political stance upbringing, life experiences and personal moral traits I have gained over my "short" 26 years of my life. I am sure, just like everything else in life, (other than taxes and d ea th) they will change as I get older. This is something that happens over peoples lives. I am sure there are plenty of 60-70 year old people that sit back and laugh at your views thinking, "I remember when I was that young.".

As for the h a ting older males (especially father figures) I will have to disagree with you. I have great respect for older males (and females) and definitely the utmost respect for my father . They have life experiences that I have yet to encounter, and in some cases hope to never encounter. There is something to be learned from people of all ages (I'm sure there are quite a few younger people who have been through quite a bit more than you). If you think that a bad divorce and losing your children a horrible experience and makes you much more wise than anyone else then I argue say the people of the war torn middle east, Africa and South East Asia who have had their families bodily fluids blown in their face from an AK or mortar round are FAR wiser than you. But in reality, the only thing a bad divorce or a d ea th in the family really gives you is a biased opinion of the system that sc r e w ed you over.

And did you not get that information from the TV? I thought that stuff was propaganda? Perhaps it is you that has fallen for it and not everyone else.

Yes, I actually know more about Philippine history than I do US history. I am fully aware that destroying a culture's history and identity is one of the best ways to integrate them into your own. An ancient Philippine language was completely wiped out of the history books by the Japanese and that part of their culture will be forever lost. As for the Vietnam issue you were talking about; I was aware of their information getting hacked but I had never heard of any government involvement in the situation.

My grandmother in law was around during the Japanese invasion of the Philippines. Very insightful on how thankful I should be to live the life I live.

And btw, it's filipino when referring to males or the people of the Philippines as a whole, filipina when referring to a female and Philippines when referring to the country, but of course your minor wasn't in the history of the Philippines so I won't hold that against you.

And for the "20 somethings think they are indestructible" comment; I have seen first hand that this comment is not true. I am well aware that cars, alcohol, bullets and missiles are quite capable of destroying anyone of any age. I have, however, ran across many, many 20 somethings that think they are indestructible; and usually with a very bad end result. Perhaps you should not place all 20 something year olds into one pool, it's not a very wise thing to do.

After having read some of this thread, seems to me the OP tried to end this thread. But then troop you wouldn't let him ("I want what he is smoking.") The guy is going thru a rough time per Parental Alienation and you are getting your rocks off of hurting him?

I'm proud of younger soldiers who have done and are doing an excellent job. The OP appears to be a divorced father fighting parental alienation. And you think that's funny? Tell me soldier how many Vets coming back from Iraq face an empty house with no wife, no children and an empty bank account?

How do you know this dude isn't an older Vet when you talk down to him about your military experience? Perhaps you shouldn't place all men who are older than you into one pool; that can be an unwise thing for you to do.

You are not the only one who saw human bits and pieces. I got young soldiers who are fully capable of handling most situations. And I got operators older than that who are the best in the world. If you think you have better skills than older men, that's on you.
