None here although I am not allowed to vote, haha!

And I think she should file for divorce after all he has said and done. His mistress is his "soulmate" and he is "trying to fall back in love" with his wife? Ugh! What an insult!

Sorry, just had to vent.....

Will you either stay in the state, or at least tell your lieutenant governor how to reach you if you don't? If so, then you will be a more responsible governor than Sanford........

Just the other day I saw her on TV. She sounded wise and well balanced. I don't know much about her but I think you picked a winner. I wish her luck in her endeavours.

Agree with you 100% sabete2002. Jenny Sanford needs to file for divorce and run fast from her husband. I would not vote for her as she stated she wants to "stay with her husband to work things out."
Sorry but if I was married and my husband had an affair and told me he was trying to fall back in love with me, that would be a huge slap in the face and why would I demean myself to stay with someone like that.

How can I respect Jenny Sanford to stand up for the state of South Carolina as Governor if she can't even stand up to her husband and kick the bum out on the streets?

Whole lot of presumptuousness going on about a situation you haven’t faced.

Actually, she has no right to “kick anybody out;” her “right” is limited to departing (into obscurity), and then learning how to be self-sufficient, while starting a ground-up rebuild of her life.

I don’t know what I would do, but I expect I would default to the same approach Ms. Clinton took: to remain attached to power, while displaying only public pique and private bemusement.

I wish Jenny Sanford well; she seems like a lovely woman. I would hope that she has too much self-respect to stay in a marriage with a man who is "trying to fall in love" with her.

Is this a result of infidelity only?

How would you feel about someone who simply lost love for his or her partner, but chose to stay and try to get it back?
