Also I should mention I really really dislike Wayne Root.

Here was a good post by someone on the c4l website about the new justice pick:

"I agree with what Andrew said about about Obama's pick for the supreme court

By using empathy, and ignoring the rule of law, this new supreme court pick is going to further violate the constitution by making ruling that go with race, instead of going with the constitution, and what is right for the people.

For those of you that have read Ron Paul's Revolution book, you'll recall that Dr. Paul said that the reason discrimination still exists in this country is because we still put people into groups. Instead of treating people like individuals, and treating them like equals under the constitution and liberty, they are based on how much they make, where they live, how they are affected by crime etc."
