simple question, why do people accept his COLB, a document the issuing state does not accept to confirm citizenship status for the STATE of Hawaii,as sufficient to confirm NBC status for the presidency, while hiding the vault copy original, and giving NO VALID EXCUSE for the move?


Seems too many are too desperate to see Obama take office that they overlook the obvious. Just like they overlooked Ayers, Wright, Farrakhan, Rezko, etc. The same ones whine terribly about Halliburton and the oil companies in bed with Bush, yet are willing to ignore BO's links with unsavory people. Heck even Oprah left that church cause it was getting to hot politically for her career/business to remain there. Obama needed the votes and the connections.


So again I ask, what valid and reasonable reason does BO have to hide his vault copy original BC? Anyone?

What you and the other wingnuts simply don't realize is that the COLB IS a certified copy of the birth certificate. This is how the states do it now and how they have been for years. My COLB is sufficient to obtain a passport. The guy has a Hawaii BC. That means he was born in Hawaii. A state does not issue a BC to someone who is not born in that state. The state's statement, regardless of how you conspiracy nuts try to parse the meaning of the words, that he has a valid BC on file means that he has a Hawaii BC...which means he was born in Hawaii. If he was born in Kenya his COLB would not state that his birthplace was Honolulu...he would not have a Hawaii COLB. The COLB is signed and sealed by the state as a "true copy or abstract of the record on file in the State of Hawaii Department of Health". The COLB states on its very face that "This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding".


It is, in fact, his birth certificate. It proves his natural born status.


The "vault" copy only adds information about the measurements of an infant and doctor's signatures and the like. Non essential information.


Obama isn't blocking the release of his BC. He has released it. Frankly it appears to me that he and his people aren't into feeding the trolls and the only responses that they make in any legal cases are to have an attorny show up sometimes and that's about it. Each and every one of these nut job suits is getting thrown out. It is also quite obvious that, as was previously stated, the people pushing this hypothesis won't accept any evidence to the contrary and have already made up their deluded little minds (or are people with an agenda trying to influence those with easily deluded little minds, such as our friends at World Nutjob Daily).


Finally, I want you to dig deep into the recesses of your logical thought process and ponder this question...


There was just a long and protracted and aggressively fought election battle. The primary battle on the Democratic side this year was brutal and emotional. The general election showed that the Republican party will trot out just about anything they can to misrepresent their opponent...pluck quotes out of context, insinuate things like he is a Muslim or he's a Marxist or whatever. If there is so much obvious evidence that Obama is not actually a natural born citizen, do you not think that Hillary Clinton's campaign wouldn't have gone after that? Would the GOP have chased it? I cannot for a moment imagine that they wouldn't. And they didn't. And they have a lot more research capability than you do.
