if he is found to have been born in kenya, thus NOT making him natural born cause his mom was not 19 at the time of his birth, and it is found he knew this and perpetrated the most massive voter fraud in american history, will you want him out, or will you say,"its simply a technicality" keep him in office.


so far, almost all the libs I have talked to have shown the lack of depth in their morality by saying they would not be phased by his dishonesty and he should stay. do you?

First of all don't assume you know me or my politics because I happen to think this is nonsense. I am not a "lib" as you put it (apparently a term used on here towards anyone who doesn't agree with you). I am merely sick and tired of of the BS from both sides.


That being said, if Obama were to have commited fraud, I would not chock it up to a technicality. However, as I sit here I believe this is a non-issue because I don't believe any deception has taken place. I have heard these accusations ad nauseum and nothing I have read or been told has shown any of this to be remotely true. Its time for the BS to stop and for us to pray for our new President. It is in ALL of our best interests for him to lead this country well whether you voted for him or not.

Yes, this one is getting pretty ridiculous.


All Souter did in this petition was two things :


1) denied Berg's request for an injunction to delay the election.


2) allowed Berg's request for documentation of Obama's birth. The campaign has already put the birth certificate out for examination and the state of Hawaii has declared that the full certificate is on file and genuine (and state law prohibits the release of the full certificate essentially without court order).


So this one will go away very quickly as Berg, once again, is proven to be an idiot with an axe to grind.


Idiots should be kept away from sharp objects.

And the burden of proof in this case is on Berg to prove that he's not a citizen. The birth certificate indicates that Obama was born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961.
