Now that the nation has a new president, what issue(s) would you like to see Barack Obama tackle first?

I would like to see him follow through on what he says he will do. But most importantly I wanted to not have someone who was founded in socialism in the office. I don't want someone to "spread the wealth" around and redistribute the hard work of American people to others who do not work. I do NOT want to be told what doctor I have to see for my asthma. A national health care program is a nice thought, but if it comes with dictations on who you can see, then I don't want it. I don't want to be told how to live my life. As for the eductation grants, tell me what student has the time to volunteer in community service to "pay" the country back for their grants. The point of a grant is to help people who cannot afford to go to collage, go to college. I wish people had done their homework BEFORE they voted. It drives me up the wall that all the things that he didn't say in his speeches and at the debates covered up what he actually is going to do. Read his webpage! His programs are socialism. I'm afraid of living in a communist country... Either way, now that he is president elect, I will give him the same respect that I have all the other presidents that have held office and pray that he follows through on some of his programs while forgeting the socialist programs... No matter what my feelings on him as a candidate, I never thought I'd see the day when an African-American would be elected into the office. I'm proud of the fact that our country has moved past the racist past to the new future. I just wish that some of his programs didn't scare me...

GOD bless us all, I just hope that this country will be safe and ok

I have a fear that someone will do something stupid and if that happens it will set this country back way back and the race riots will be enormous, I sure hope this dosent happen likeI said GOD bless us and America!

That would be the Fairness Doctrine. You may very well get your wish.
