Stone Sour by Stone Sour - I didn't get into them until after the last Slipknot album was released. I knew that technically it was Corey & Jim's band first (and in my opinion the only good side project of any of the members) but I wasn't feeling it for a while. It was the 3rd Slipknot album that got me curious though because comparisons were made, and the Stone Sour debut comes across as a mellower output compaired to Corey's usual output. Point is, I was sleeping on them and I think Corey's clean singing voice (which was a plus for me on the 3rd Slipknot album) is what shines most of all. My favorite tracks have been Get Inside, Inhale & Bother (which is one of their best tracks overall).

Ashes Of The Wake by lamb of god - My favorite log album.

Broken by Nine Inch Nails - Just going in order...

Perseverance by Hatebreed - Similar to Satisfaction... (and well all Hatebreed albums) it represents everything I like in heavy music. My favorites are the title track, I Will Be Heard and Smash Your Enemies. Well also the Outro, but that makes more sense in regards to listening to The Rise Of Brutality.

Iowa by Slipknot - As much as I wax nostalgic still about their debut, their second effort kills that. It's just flat out heavier with a bit more focus without sacrificing the energy. I've got a ton of favorites off this one as well. Mostly P = S, My Plague, Heretic Anthem, Left Behind and Gently (which was also on their original pre-major label debut and was the best track on this only even better this go around, the newer version didn't have the intro because Ross Robinson torpedoed any attempts at soloing when he was at the mixer.).

Tohuvabohu by KMFDM - This one I was slightly disappointed with. It did grow on me a little but I still don't like everything on it. That said I do love the title track, Looking For Strange (my favorite off the album), Spit Or Swallow & Los Niños del Parques (my 2nd favorite).
