For me it's Bob Dylan's "Blood On The Tracks." Oh, is that album title so aptly named. Say what you want about Dylan and his vocal style, but the man writes great music and lyrics. That cannot be denied. And every song on this album is one I can relate to after a break-up with someone. There are times when I find it scary how similar I'm feeling to how Bob is feeling in the songs. This one is essential to listen to after a break-up. WSY?

I hate to say how many days they have helped me through. They have a way of getting me from hurt and sad to p*ssed off and mad. It's great, cheap therapy.
