Wander This World by Jonny Lang. This more sad, where as my Stabbing Westward, Darkest Days recommendation still stands for my best angry CD.

A horribly sorrowful one: I'd suggest the Disintegration album by The Cure.


If it were somewhat bitter: Strangeways, Here we come by The Smiths.

1. Pretty much the entire "Ballads and Blues (1982 - 1994)" album by Gary Moore


2. "You and Your Friend" by Dire Straits (from their 'On The Night' album)
