I saw the Fun Loving Criminals in Nottingham's Rock City about 13 years ago and they were fantastic.

I saw Shara Worden (My Brightest Diamond) in The Slaughtered Lamb pub in Clerkenwell, London about 3 years ago and she was magical.

Gotta be the Grateful Dead, for me...a very long time ago.

They used to play 6-8 hours in the early days; they'd play every song they knew. Even towards the end, in later years, their shows were still several hours.

I'm a die-hard Dead Head from way back.

ANY Robert Earl Keen show (especially the ones where the Greencards opened for him!!).

The two Jackson Browne & Linda Ronstadt co-bill shows I've attended in '73 were also exemplary.

Queensryche in 1992 a the L.A. Forum. Amazing musical performance. I've been to tons of amazing shows but I remember being really blown away by this one.

My absolute best would be taking my dad and bro to see Roger Waters bring back The Wall. We went to the show in our hometown of St. Louis and Waters rocked the city to its core. I was yelling "WOOO!" for the following thirty miles from the stadium (granted, it was probably influenced by the contact buzz from too many people smoking dope in an enclosed arena). Best Imo's Pizza I have ever had in my life!

Old post I'm quoting, but the one Slayer show I went to was definitely one of my favorites. Co-headlined with Soulfly with In Flames as special guest. This was the 1st tour after Dave Lombardo re-joined Slayer too.

I'd also add the KMFDM/PIG tour back in '97 as one of my favorites and The Opeth/Enslaved tour back in '09.

Actually pretty much every time I've seen KMFDM or Cyanotic has been pretty good.
