ALL the time. If there's music playing and I know the song, I'm singing. Used to make some money this way in college (not singing in the car, but singing), but figured I'd make more money in a classroom in the long run. Health insurance is a beautiful thing, too!

Mate, every day. I listen to HOFM (Hobart FM) radio, or CDs when I'm out of range; and I sing at the top of my voice. The fact that I sound like a dying crow gasping its last croak does not deter me in the least! lol Oh yeah, and I'm alto. That's alto - not altered! Bahahahahahaha!

Best acoustics and rotten tomatoes can't get at you through closed windows. After a hard day at work and then stuck in traffic it is a good emotional release. It's hard to have road rage when you are a diva in your own little world....unfortunately once you get out of the car reality sets in, which is a good thing or else I would be one of those people trying out for American Idol that everyone makes fun of

Most definitely!..there are just certain songs that sound better in the car and you've got to sing along. And PR_Princess is right...it is a great emotional release...both happy and sad.

Absolutely! The ONLY time you will catch me singing is in the car and in the shower! The thing is you don't want to catch me!

I do this all the time. I also roll my windows down and pump up the music. I also dace in my seat at red lights. The looks I get from other drivers are priceless.

Lol.. I was driving the other day and was stuck at a red light. I had my music blasting and I was dancing. Well a car full of 18 year old boys were next to me and started to blast their radio. I laughed and quickly changed the song on the CD to One Minute Man (video link is the edited version. I was playing the unedited version) by Missy Elliot and made my music louder. The look of shock on their faces was the best.
