My first concert was at McNichols Arena in Denver (The Old Big Mac)

Aersomith, Blue Oyster Cult and ZZ Top, what a great way to start seeing music.

Queensryche, back when they were popular. The experience of a whole arena full of people screaming "Revolution!" is burned into me forever.

Bachman Turner Overdrive at the local ice arena. However, my first "road trip" concert was Cheap Trick at the Seattle Center Coliseum (now "Key Arena"). It was also my first introduction to the "counterculture", if you know what I mean. What's that funny smell in the air? I also skipped school my senior year to catch The Rolling Stones on their "Last Tour" (How many "Last Tours" ago was that?) at the Kingdome in Seattle (now imploded rubble).

The Dave Clark 5 when I was 12, at Reynolds Coliseum on NC State campus. They've recently been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Guns and Roses opened for Aerosmith. At the time Guns and Roses was not well know. I was fifteen. It was an outdoor concert. My twin sister, a friend of ours and I only had cheap lawn seats. However, with some tactic talking with security my sister managed to get all of us to the second row where vacant seats awaited us. It was awesome. I will always remember that wild experience.
