For me two of these would be: Everything is Fine by Josh Turner, and Sunset Man by James Otto. Hot! Hot! Hot! I think I'm in love with James Otto. (smile)

Not sure if this is the purpose of this topic but I will go ahead and throw my two cents in. A few must haves for me: Ziggy Stardust and the Spider's From Mars -David Bowie, Disintegration -The Cure, A Night at the Opera -Queen, No World for Tomorrow -Coheed & Cambria, Grace -Jeff Buckley, Carencro -Marc Broussard, Requiem -Mozart

Raising Sand: Allison Kraus & Robert Plant. The song "Please Read the Letter" is so amzingly beautiful and sad all wrapped up in one. But the entire cd is amazing.

James Taylor Live. It's a 2 disc live James Taylor concert from Boston thats all that needs to be said.

Bat out Hell: Meatloaf. This is easily one of the top 10 albums of all time.

I've got to go with Meat Loaf as well, BUT.. Bat Out of Hell 2. Much different sound than the first BOH - edgier and angrier.

Muse did an album calledAbsolution that I love. Rock, but very different. Epic? Dramatic? Hard to describe. One of my favorites.

The Killers' Hot Fuss, IMO, is one of the best examples of the more modern rock/pop sound you can find.

The Ozzy Osbourne album Tribute is also one of my favorites. Randy Rhoads never sounded better, and the songs tend to be a lot harder/more interesting than their original versions.

So many others.. well, I'll just leave it at those for now and hope others cover the rest.
