Anybody who watched the old 1967-68 Anime TV show knows that the Wachowsky Bros could not have done a better job on this movie. They managed to capture every nuance of the show. Anybody agree...disagree?

If you're susceptible to seizures from flashing lights don't go see this movie LOL. Other then that I agree the movie was a very fun movie that entertained me a lot.

Oooh, I saw this last weekend in IMAX. When I was a kid, I caught the cartoon here and there, but I wouldn't really say I watched it.

The trailers had me interested because it just looked so visually awesome, and for me, that was enough for me to see it on the big screen.

Well, I thought it was awesome.

The visuals--special effects, color scheme, composition, transitions--were just so spectacular. This isn't just a pretty movie, but the visuals serve the movie really well. There were new things being done in this movie I hadn't seen before. The first 15 minutes was just superb filmmaking, especially with regards to how the different timelines are handled.

What was most surprising is that the movie had a lot of heart. The family dynamics was really great, and I recommend parents taking their kids to see this, just based on that. I loved the coming-of-age story for Speed, as well.

Throughout the movie, I just found myself with a big smile on my face. During the ending, you know at which point, I felt like standing up and cheering. After it was over, walking outside, I had a big grin on my face. Not many movies have that effect on me these days.

Go see it before it's gone!
