I have to say the kiss at the end of Pride and Prejudice between Darcy and Elizabeth...(the Kiera Knightly verison.) I love this kiss!

Oh, and the kiss in Enchanted between Amy Adams and McDreamy in the rain on top of the building...gah, I can't help but sigh!

Two favorites are the paint ball scene in 10 Things I Hate About You and the "Big" kiss scene in Witness.

I know it's a cliche now, but the notebook kiss in the rain....definitely lights a fire.

The last scene of French Kiss with Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline.

My 2 favorites were the kiss between Scarlet O'Hara and Rhett Butler, when he leaves her to join the Confederacy in Gone With The Wind. Just so you know if you watch this movie, Clark Gable had chronic halitosis from(evidently) not cleaning his false teeth.(Talk about GOOD acting!Especially from Vivien Leigh!)
2 Someone else mentioned this one and I agree. The beach scene From Here To Eternity. Suzie
