Know those great scenes in movies where a character professes their love for another?

Like....

"Say Anything" - classic boombox scene

"Love, Actually" - card scene ("to me you are perfect...")

"Notting Hill" - bookstore scene, Julia Roberts says "I'm just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her..."

What are you favorites? What's the scene that melted your heart?

The ones above are mine - let's hear about yours!

Independence Day--Jeff Goldblum talks with his ex-wife and he asks her why she left...
ex-wife: "I wanted to be a part of something special. Haven't you ever wanted to be a part of something special?"
Jeff: (Slams down his Tequilla bottle)"I was a part of something special." (referring to his relationship with his ex-wife)

Pride & Prejudice, hands down, the scene where Mr. Darcy proposes to Elizabeth, who really doesn't like him much. It's the worst proposal ever since he feels compelled to list all the reasons he really shouldn't marry her.

"The Mirror Has Two Faces" - When Greg finally realizes he loves Rose and goes to her apartment in the middle of the night to tell her. It's a beautiful moment.

The BBC adaptation of Elizabeth Gaskell's North and South. It is absolutely delicious to watch.
