Yeah.... that's it. What's your favorite movie.

Mine... total classic Jaws. Yup, I don't care if you think I'm a dork. I could watch it.... like a lot which I've already done, but I could definately watch it alot more.

Jaws?!?

Yeah, I think that is a little odd ... but ok ...

I historically reply with Big as the answer to this question, but I was talking about it recently with a friend and there are really several movies clustered at the top for me ... but I'll stick with the historical answer for now.

My favorite movie is an old one with Liam Neeson, Rob Roy.... came out around the same time as Braveheart. I've always been a sucker for the accents, history and then too I just have a thing for Liam.... but I could watch that movie over and over again.

I mean I could always go with the norms like Braveheart and The Notebook and Steele Magnolias but comeon... If I have to be honest then Jaws I could watch over and over. Oh well, odd or a dork, still can't help it

For me, it would be a tossup between Ladyhawke and Sixth Sense (though I loved The Fugitive, too).

Contact... based on the novel by Carl Sagan. Covers Science, Religion, Big Government, Big Business, Friendship, Love, Loss of loved one, Professional and Personal Betrayal... and first Contactbeyond earth (thrown in for good measure ;-).We find they are explorers who stumbled onsomeone else's abandonedsystem to move about the Universe to find others and just let them know we are all not alone... but only if you have faith in the word of a scientist with no proof that anything ever really happened to her. Hmm... sounds like another thread on this site... ;-)

Jaws was pretty good. That once a year I get out on a lake I *always* have a Jaws moment and freak out for a second (yeah, yeah, no sharks in lakes.. but something always touches my foot!).

My movie, though.. is Robocop. I always tear up at the end.
