Okay, everybody. I admit this topic was sparked by acouple of other ones. Thanks T. and P. - you know who you are (or maybe you don't)!

Even thoughsome of usmight bebeyond the age of fantisizing about the gorgeous people we oftensee on ourtelevision and movie screens, there are some whobecome our favorite "hotties" for all sorts of reasons. Quickly now, list your 10favorite "hot" actors or actresses and tell why.Just for fun. Can't you tell I'm having a slow Sunday? Here's mine:

-Denzel Washington/ talented, intense and soooo masculine

-Sean Connery/ he must be about - what?- a hundred years old? - and he still isa looker

-Terrence Howard/those grayeyes and that confidence

-Will Smith/a hunk and a nice guy - what a combination!

-Paul Walker/nice blue eyes and a heavy voice

-Blair Underwood/nice smile, chocolate skin and a low, well-modulatedvoice

-Gerard Butler/it was sohard to focus on the "300" because he kept eating up the scenery

-Johnny Depp/ nothing about him iswhat I usually like, but he is so handsome! Must be his sincerity!

-Idris Elba/elegant,double chocolate skin,always appears sincere, and ...oh...those lips

-Jonathon Rhys-Myers/ I first saw him in "Match Point".....very intense gaze (don't know if I spelled his name correctly)

1. Orlando Bloom

2. hayden Christensen

3. Johnathan Rhys-Meyers

4. I have NO idea what his real name is, but they guy who plays Dean on "Supernatural"

5. Paul Walker

6. Vin Diesel

7. Van Damme in his heyday

8. George Clooney- hey for his age he's still sexy

9. Eric Bana

10. Pierce Brosnan

Hmmm. this is harder than I thought.

There are lots of beautiful men, Clooney, he just has a face that always seems to be bewildered. Though he is a little chubbie, Kevin James, ( he played in the movie, Hitch) he is funny and has a kind face. He would be a person that I would date and not blink twice.

Sam Elliott. Than man in "Mask" melted the paint off the walls in the theater where I saw the film.

George Clooney. Better as he gets older, more personality than looks at this point, at least for me.

Jeremy Northam. Mr. Knightly in Emma with Gwyneth Paltrow. The hottest marriage proposal on screen.

Colin Firth in Pride and Prejudice. Sigh.

Hugh Grant in a number of romantic comedies..

John Cusack. That scene in Say Anything was delicious.

I'm sure I have more, but those come to mind immediately.

I don't think I have 10 of either actor/or actress so I'll list a few of each hee hee..

1. Robert Downey Jr.- I just find him very sexy, and he is very sweet, and has come back from a hard life. (Although he is only a few years younger than my mom which kind of freaks me out LOL)

2. Michael J. Fox- Have always had a crush on him, I think it is also his sweet nature. (Again not much younger than my mom).

(Can you tell I like short guys [img]library/editor/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-wink.gif[/img])

3. Wentworth Miller- Because he has beautiful blue eyes, and just a sexy demenor.

4. Jonathan Rhyse Meyers- I didn't find him attractive until I watched him in The Tudors on Showtime, but he is sexy too.

5. Paul Walker- for the blue eyes also.

6. Johnny Depp- I didn't use to think he was attractive, but something about his charcter in Pirates of the Carribean made me think so (I know an odd one to think that from)

7. Ryan Reynolds- I have just recently started to think that he is very attractive also.

Actresses

1. Angelina Jolie- Because I think she is the most gorgeous and humble woman on the planet..

2. Britney Murphy- because she is just really cute, sweet, and goofy.

3. Kate Meonnig- I don't know what it is about her, but I really love her in the L Word (another show I'm addicted to)

I am currently have my eye onPatrick Dempsey. (as doa lot of women...but heh)

I just love that he used to be this geeky awkward kid and has become Dr. McDreamy. I always thought he was cute when he was geeky and awkward, now he's totally hot!

I don't have ten I only have one female actress crush and that is:

Claire Daines

I first saw her in Romeo & Juliet with mr Titanic himself and she was smoking hot. She was ok in Terminator 3 but was much better in Stardust which is a million times better then T3 anyway. I'm a softy for an old fashioned fantasy romance movie unlike many men I have known. I havent seen her in many other movies or TV show episodes.

If I think of any others I'll post them but honestly she is my one true Hollywood crush / hottie
