Since I didn't see (or listen to) the movie, I'll presume the line really was, "Yes, tempest fugit, time flies," although, being a bit of Latin scholar, the correct phrase in Latin is "tempus fugit." Perhaps the phrase, "Tempus abire tibi est," would have worked better. "It's time for you to leave." But perhaps not.
