I used to think that, but why do i crave Oreos? there is no vitamin or mineral in Oreos that my body needs.
The Oreos have confused your body.

Seriously, though, if I crave chips (or other salty food), it actually means I need protein (which my body associates with salt for some bizarre reason) so I make scrambled eggs or have some cheese or something of that sort. It's probably something similar for you. Maybe your body needs calcium and is confused into thinking there might actually be some dairy in the "cream" filling?

i'm pretty exacting with my nutrition, so i don't think so.

I think Oreos are just too good to resist.
