I've used the old FitDay PC version for forever- I just upgraded to the new version which syncs with an online account.

does anyone else use this type of software? Fitday, CalorieKing, etc? reasons you like/dislike them?

Years ago, when they first came out, I tried. They were pretty useless back then. You had to fill out too much information yourself and it was just a pain. I might consider using one now, as long as they are better.

calorie king is the best free version, imo.

Fitday is the best PC and online paid version for me because even though they don't have nearly the food database as CK, they give you a better breakdown of nutrients and calories.
