This is going to be a shocker, I am sure.

This morning, I ate a couple of cookies & that resulted in me being a bit sluggish.

Then, I ate a bowl of fruit.... & was energized.

I recommend the fruit!!

So, do you need someone to do trial research? Because if I thought I was helping out science I might be forced to eat cookies! They would have to be good cookies though!

BFC, I have noticed the same thing. Good thing I like fruit!

Obviously this wasn't a government study, or it would have cost billions of dollars to come to this conclusion.

The obvious solution would be to put fruit in your cookies.

If I ate a whole bowl of fruit.... I'd probably be constipated!

I recommend dark chocolate. It's got caffeine for energy, antioxidants for... whatever antioxidants do for you (I hear it's good), and flavinoids for your heart. It also relaxes you and improves your mood! The perfect health food!

And apparently dark chocolate from what Wonderwoman says...and to think I avoided the Christmas treats like the plague this year. Not one cookie, not one piece of candy--none of it.

But I AM having a piece of my birthday cake next month (I like that much better than cookies and candy)! Hmmmmm...does dark chocolate cake with strawberry flavored frosting count as fruit and dark chocolate healthy options? Probably not, huh?

Really??? Fruit usually helps people stay regular because of the fibre.
