Hi!

Has anyone out there ever taken Martial Arts classes. I'm currently a color belt in Taekwondo. It's a blast and great for my physical fitness.

I received my second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Chung Do Kwan back in 1991. I have been so busy for the last few years taking my kids back and forth to their sporting events.... I am sorry to say I have not practiced in years.
