Yes yoga is the best exercise. I love it. I do yoga asanas almost everyday!

I hate going to doctors. I make myself go. I remember the example of my mom, who had a stroke kind of early due to problems that could have been controlled with diet, exercise and possibly medication. I look at how I take my animals to the vet on the slightest pretext. I make myself go.

Other than that, yes I pay attention ... exercise every day, good food, enough sleep, deal with stress, address emotional issues, etc.
