Hey everyone,

The release is done, if you see anything weird or have questions, please post them here.

We have gotten a couple of reports of inability to log in, if you use the Forgot Password feature on the Login page you'll have a chance to reset your password, which should get you back in. If for some reason this does not work, please email us at ehadvicealerts@eharmony.com from the email address you have on file for eHarmony Advice and we'll help you get back in.

One question I have already seen come up is how to easily find Group Board URLs, since the page is currently showing ALL Group Boards which have been active in 6 months (which is quite a long list) on the same page. Here's a tip to help with that:

Go to the Group page from the Community tab on the top nav, hold down the Ctrl and the F key simultaneously, and then in the little box that pops up, search for a word in the name of the Group Board, you'l then be zoomed down the page to it.

Once you are taken to the link you can click on it and then Bookmark it for easy access.

May I be the first to congratulate eHA on preventing me from logging in with my regular user name - Buck here. I just knew it was too good to be true that this "upgrade" would solve all issues.

Hi Buck, Please use the "Forgotten your password?" link on the login page. I understand you didn't forget it, but this will allow you to reset it.

The one that said I have only 4 attempts left.

It won't let me try again because of this "fake" profile, but I believe it said something about an invalid username or password.

I do wish to keep my original identity!

Buck can you try the Forgot Password function for the "Buck" account? As Tech_Guy said, you should get the opportunity to reset your password and get back in via that route.

If that does not happen please let me know.

Once "Buck" is back in we can disable the "BuckCantLogIn" account.

Sorry for the trouble!

I can't find the moderator thread about duck abuse. Can you tell me how to search for it?
