Someone indicated to me they sent me a friend request and they were concerned that I did not accept. Well, I would have accepted had I received it. I'm not receiving friend requests.

So if anyone sent me a friend request, sorry I' m not slighting you, it's just I'm not receiving my friend requests. Thanks!

There's a fix for this. It occasionally goes wonky and it can happen on either side. I'll see if I can dig it up. If both you and the other person make the changes it should work.

On the other hand, you can always send them a friend request and see if that works. Sometimes, the glitch is only one way.

Okay:

In the box on the upper right that says "Welcome Justme27" click Account Settings.

Select the Email Preferences tab.

At the bottom of the page, under Advice Site Notifications and notify me via email when a friend... check to see if Accepts my friend request and Request to be friends are both checked.

If they aren't, select them and then click Save Email Preferences at the bottom of the page.

If they are checked, try unchecking them, re-checking them, and then saving.

When you're done you can have someone do a test for you if you'd like. Any of us who are around would be happy to.
