I love the I.T. Crowd, very nerdy. I also enjoy Coupling, the Savages, and the Worst Week of My Life, not so nerdy.

I am also an awful patriot. I have no idea how many medals my country has won in the Olympics so far.

Red Dwarf! The book was great, as was the show. Patriot? Olympics? What are these things?

Totally! Altho I think Chris Eccleston is so hot (even liked him in the rape scene in A Price Above Rubies), and am lukewarm on David Tennant, love Faulty Towers, Absolutely Fabulous, the Jeeves and Wooser BBC series with Hugh Laurie and Shephen Frye, I Claudius, the older BBC The Singing Detective with a very young Michael Gambon. Also loved the movie Gosford Park. (Robert Altman not BBC, but manor house murder mystery with almost every great actor on both continents. Siren

Whoa. You are serious about the Brit wit. I also have everything that you mentioned. It all started when I was a very young girl watching Monty Python with my big brothers and Benny Hill with my dad. Did I mention my family was slightly disfuntional? I saw I Claudius for the first time in HS. We watched it for a class now I'm stuck on Rome and the Tudors. Oh, will this Nerdinesss of mine ever end?

Don't you just love the irony of having to prove your American patriotism byhow absorbed you areby a sporting event started by Greeks?

I started watching Dr. Who a couple of months ago I guess- from the beginning. I'm still on the 1st Doctor. Red Dwarf is on my Netflix queue, somewhere way, way down... ^_^
