Tough call. The location & time Jesus was around would be cool.

The '40s-70s in L.A. as an animator.

Nah, now is fine.

Why not ?

Camille Claudel is a movie about an art student (Camille Claudel)who fell in love with her teacher who happens to be the sculptor Rodin (he did "The Thinker" statue). As she gained her own fame, she slowly became mad (sort of like Mozart and Klimt).

Queen Margot is about this woman who fell in love with two men whose families were fighting each other for the throne of France. Wonderful period flick, kind of violent however its a good movie.

If nothing else, French actress Isabelle Adjani stars in both movies.

Thank you. You have given me good reasons to rent these movies.

They are great movies! And Isabelle Adjani is an excellent actor. I am impressed you have seen them both LonelyStarState :P

Zana, it was the feminine side of me coming out (blush!!)

Isabelle Adjani is a HOTTIE!!!!! she can whisper sweet nothings into my ear in french anyday =0)))
Dont worry, I wont tell anyone, your secrete is safe with me.... :P

Maybe 1800's Vienna/Europe during Mozart's life--would have like to have seen him perform or see one of his operas performed. Yeah, he was "off" but many geniuses are! At least he left us some sublime music. Would also like to know more about how my ancestors lived in Europe before coming to America--need to do some more searching on that.

While my preferred era is the ancient BC times, I wouldnt mind doing a hop-skip and a jump into other era throughout history, in all countries... just to see for myself history as it is happening... instead of reading about it... now that would be something....

Wagons ho for me. I have always loved reading about or watching movies or programs about the American Pioneers that settled the west. The challenges, the dangers, having to build your own log cabin and barn, growing all of your own food - being wholly dependent on yourself and your creativity and wits to survive sparks my imagination.

I wouldn't want to kill any Indians though nor force them on to reservations. That part of our American history makes me sad.
