I don't mind them as long as they aren't painted gaudy or bright colors. I'd actually prefer them completely unpainted, to be honest.

Wow! I had no idea that long nails or pretty painted nails had such a bad rap!

Scratching...well some like it some don't I guess. Just say something, we don't have to dig our nails in. Just remember though if you want it a little wild you may just get a few scratches along the way! If a guy says not to scratch we may keep it a little tamer for everything. Probably tamer than what you want so just keep that in mind.

Painted...well that has been both a turn on and a turn off for men from my experience. I think it depends on the guy and how ugly a girl painted her nails.

Prissy and High maintenance? Hmmm...As a woman I would have to disagree with this. Even when I have long nails I do many things that prissy girls would not do like gut a fish for example. A lot of women I know, including myself, view taking care of our nails as a form of self-maintenance not high-maintenance. It makes us feel good about ourselves, and when we feel good we make you feel good too.

Wow! this is good to know. I don't mind having my fingernails buffed to a shine, but I've always had a problem wearing polish on them...to each their own, it's not that I think it's ugly, it just bugs me for some reason to have it on there. I don't mind getting a pedicure occasionally & having the tootsies painted...that's kind of fun for a change of pace.

I have problems with polish too - it doesn't stay on very long- usually only until I walk out the door. I also like the occasional pedicure - it is fun and a good foot massage, oh to die for...... sigh....prrrrr. And if he wants to paint my toenails......teehee... ok.
